is Zambaio trusted now?

I'm considering Zombaio for one of my ventures and am wondering the good, bad & ugly.

Who is behind Zombaio? Has anyone had payment probs with them?

Their rates are almost too good to be true. Which usually means it is.

Discuss..

Been using them for a month, live chat works good, easy to set up, no charge backs.

they have a good anti-fraud system, not the best, but better than ccbill and epoch. epoch just makes refunds :-) they use verified by visa and secure code very nicely.

Been using them for a few months now.
Up side is that I don't see the wild swings in form submissions/sales anymore, 4.9 processing.
downside is support, its good when its available but the live chat is only a few hours a day and nothing on the weekends.

But I'm going to wait to see what kind of Christmas presents they give out before making final judgment.

We have been using thewm for sometime now and have no issues at all with them.. No chargebacks and less scrubbing than other processors which means more money in everyones pockets. Low wire fees and minimums which is great for affiliates..

Thanks for all the posts.

In reading up on them, I see they charge 4.9% if you have them #1 in cascade and 9.9% if they are not?

If any of you have a contact there, please push them to this thread and have them contact me;-)

I've always been so confused why people go to webmaster forums and ask someone from a company to contact them.

Is clicking on the contact us link on their website a problem for some reason?

I mean not just this thread. I see it all the time on GFY.

Why do people seem to think that companies hang out on boards all day long?

Wouldn't you rather a company you want to do business with spend their time ummm doing their job and not hanging out on sites like GFY all day long?

Just saying :P

I've been curious about them as well. I wish somebody with an affiliate program would speak up about their experiences with them, and those that say they've used them for 1+ years, well it would be nice to see something in your sig or a site example to add some trust to what you're saying.

(But I still appreciate all other feedback too)

I have been using them for more than a year. Everything worked fine for me. The only complain maybe the support is a little slow, but no big deal. Itīs crazy the amount of money that I save in 1 year reducing 10% of fee.

True, but there are reps and resellers all over this board. Why not let someone get a commission on this?

Maybe because it normally takes them 1-2 days to answer emails?
