I've always been so confused why people go to webmaster forums and ask someone from a company to contact them.
Is clicking on the contact us link on their website a problem for some reason?

Why do people seem to think that companies hang out on boards all day long?
Wouldn't you rather a company you want to do business with spend their time ummm doing their job and not hanging out on sites like GFY all day long?
