Is this scenario possible ? Someone hacked them and started to pull out funds and as a countermeasure they started to ask for docs so they can be sure the money don't fall in the wrong hands ?

I think it reasonable to wonder if the Visa cards are re-activated will customers encounter any new restrictions or difficulties getting their money? I mean -- I would tend to think that the moment those cards are re-activated, that there will be a rush by every card holder to withdraw all of their funds. Is EP prepared for that?
