nice job man....after the pics...you can really see a difference

i lost 20 pounds by eating healthier...and playing basketball just once a week, golf twice a week..i want to get going twice a week in basketball...as if i can drop another 10-15 pounds ill be happy

im 203 now...193 would be good

wow. Thats almost 2 of me.

My dad just lost 75 lbs down to 200 now.

I been a waif my whole young adult life at 85 - 95 lbs.. i couldnt gain weight for anything Except pregnacy which i lost immediately after and then some)... til 2 yrs ago im now 110.. and at least holding... I want to be 100 - 105. Im not good at weight management. My whole life everyone screaming at me to eat.

i'm sure there are some fairly happy obese people out there but the majority of obese people have all kinds of issues from self esteem, health issues/worries, living in a world where things are not built for their size. and for those people it does seperate them from the life they'd like to live. there was a really good documentary 10-15 years about just your average 35-40 year old guy who had been obese his whole life, it was pretty poignant.

tony's married to a BBW which makes this even more interesting, a movie in here somewhere.

feb 2009 slow and steady created a lifestyle. I had lost large amounts of weight before quickly only to gain it all back and then some.
