what was I thinking?

OK, had a great last week except for some really bad news about someone from my past and I decided I was going to go on a diet starting tomorrow. I'll be exercising and cutting the carbs and portions.
So I thought I would go out and get a big breakfast this morning. I shot this pic after I had been eating on it for about 5 minutes, when I was stuffed, I hadn't even eaten 1/2 of it. It's filled with cheese, bacon, sausage and ham, made with 6 eggs. It's called the BIG ONE on the menu

That is insane LOL!!

American restaurants give MASSIVE portions. When I was in West Palm Beach last year my GF ordered a Eggplant Sandwich, the thing was huge.

That would feed a whole family in some countries.

6 eggs is definitely too many.

Eating that kind of stuff is why I'm going for a stress test next week

BTW, was in town this week, saw a Corvair for sale on Lake Blvd (by Chopper shop)

It has chrome side pipes like an old Stingray

This one is really big. It has thick layer of cheese above the food. It reminds of nachos that I bought with the same kind of cheese over them. Usually nachos are sold with a liquid cheese sauce. Solid cheese can become liquid cheese when heated. The viscosity will change as the cheese cools down.

Ahahahaa. Every day just about, in fact.

But as healthy as my early-in-the-day diet is, this evening I'm afraid I utterly pigged out on a huge feed of Chinese food. But I did put a lot of the stir-fry veggies on my plate so I suppose I didn't put too big of a dent in things, but still.

Tomorrow it's back to cereal, fruit, and carrot sticks. :D

Good grief, that makes my heart hurt just looking at it.

I recently cut down on carbs and sugar, eliminated red meat and decreased my meat (seafood/fish/chicken) consumption to one meat meal a day. It's hard to stick to, but I think the health benefits will be worth it.

Good luck on the diet!
