They must also have a rotating archive for at least a few days. And to top it off the MUST have a webmaster referal program that pays a percentage of all webmaster referal sales.

Check sig for loads more info and sites including 7 more that have URLs that rotate daily. Almost all the sponsors on my site have some kind of webmaster referral program.
