Stupid Question for EPassporte (and similar companies)

Hi

I have maybe a stupid question for Epassporte, and sorry if someone has asked this before. If the problem isn't with EPassporte and isn't with the bank, but is only with Visa, then could Epassporte switch to Mastercard?

mmm I dont know. I believe ePass says Visa blocked funds on Virtual Cards, if they switch to MasterCard they will need to lose money to give people the Visas blocked funds or people will lose their money

yes and no
if the sale originates from a Visa card then funds are pulled from the customers acquiring bank via visa - so in that sense the answer is no. If it's visa purchase, it's visa money .. period.

Now past/future revenue paid with MC (from the customer) can be, and I'm sure is .. still available.
The problem arises if 79% of sales in the US are done on Visa lol

ps I don't thing it's a dumb question at all
