You started the deriding post here, but regardless of that I should not have responded the way I did. So I regret that and apologize. Can't edit the blog posts but if I remember forums where I made similar remarks I'll remove them. As I said at the beginning of posting here about a week ago, I don't blame you or anyone for being skeptical.
The point that I received by wallet funds is really moot though.
The pertinent part is that people, who do have wallet funds, can use the info about how the process went for me to try and have the same results. I have no idea if others who call Kenney bank will have the same thing happen... either that Kenney bank will call their epassporte contact or that he will respond. I am convince that if someone is contacted by this guy then the same result will be forthcoming.
I've heard from one person who did contact Lisa at Kenney bank... he said she sounded nervous. I don't know what that means. When I was in contact with her she generally tried to get me to believe that I should just email walletrequest@ and I would point out that it was an email that would be hopelessly overwhelmed with incoming request, inquires, etc. There have been a few reports I've read where people have gotten a personal non-canned reply from that email, but it seems like it would be near impossible. Must be 100s of thousands of emails have been sent to it.
I don't have any advice as to what people should do, so I've only posted what I did as regards finding and contacting Kinney bank. I'll advance the info a bit: the direct number to the ACH dept that deals with ePassporte is 262-432-1520 ... that is a number that anyone could have gotten by calling Kenney bank at the main number which shows on there website for their Brookfield WI office and asking. But for all I know giving the number straight up like that may hurt... as it may get used into oblivion if thousands of people call it. That's why I tried to give some info but where people would have to do a bit of digging.
I don't have to prove that the video and two images I posted are real, but I am curious what kind of image, video, etc would it take to alleviate your skepticism? Why would someone fabricate those things anyway? It makes no sense.Comment

I know for fact that the guy listed does more than his role as Director of Card Operations, since Card operations and wallet account refunds are two different things. I know there is at least one law office in Caracas that has the correct forms, including the epass account close agreement form, for "affiant's" to fill out. They sent them to me but I procrastinated. The procrastination saved me 15% (actually 18%) which is what they say they charge.
They told me the funds would come from epassporte to their client account, where they would then send them to the client. They had asked for $1000 retainer up front. They offer 18%, which is entirely uneard of in the field of law. Generally such fees meet or exceed 30%.

I finally got my wire today.
After calling the kenney bank, I was contacted via email by this ePassporte guy. It's a different email, not the wirerequest email that we all know. I can't post it here because it will get spammed. So anyway... this ePassporte employee is a truly nice guy. I can't tell his name because I know many angry webmasters will try to contact him. He said my wire will be send on the next day. Today I got my money and I'm very happy.
Please don't PM me asking for names, emails, ecc. I don't want to ruin this method. Just call the bank.Comment

Where are the mass media, authorities, etc. Multimillion $$$ fraud with no consequences simply because thousands of webmasters can't spread the news. Mallick is having fun parting with girls during all this time! He doesn't look concerned one bit. It has been 2 months and a half and we still haven't see our money.

You all think Epass would go under if you all pulled all your money out of epass or porn and gaming went under? you are insane. epass has a great ewallet feature etc. that can literally be used in any industry for any type of purchasing and b2b online. Epass has alot more potential to grow in the future

According to his story, all you have to do is call the kenney bank. The thing is... ePassporte ignores complains from lawyers, FBI and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Anything... but calls from the kenney bank. Mallick will release your funds immediately, no bullshit!
