I'm not an affiliate. I just signed up incase I need to use it once in a while like epassporte...

I may use it for something in the future, maybe even as a merchant. Anyway - want to see what the verification process is like.

The posted screenshot shows $2.75 ...the page is for a partner (guru.com) who issues the card for you so maybe they dont show a correct rate as they claim to be changing according to the exchange rate!

Payoneer is probably the most cost effective solution if you are an international payee, if you compare all the fees bottom line with us I'm quite sure you get the most money at your hands at the end of the day

Lets not rule out what we really paid epass for our cards

$35 a year to have the vv account + we have to have the basic account $5 a year
So thats $40 a year so far
Then every 2 years $35 for the plastic card

So really 57.50 a yr for card plus atm fees

It's $40 a year TOTAL. Upon expiration and you need a new card, you're still only paying $35 + $5

Seems to me that the rates are inconsistent. If you look at the rates at Gurus partner.payoneer vs that of Pussycash, or any of the other screen shots, none of them match.

They're good for getting payments from overseas. Not so good for making basic biz payments.

If you dont pay too many people overseas you can just use debit card, cc, paypal ect within the US to make payments. So for many it is workable and from all accounts very dependable.

Their forms and general interface seem pretty modern and well designed too.

They are prob getting so many calls during biz hours (phone number posted on "Contact Us" page) that they are letting the stuff online slide. Just a guess. Id call em tho even internationally if important.

I like that they are out of NY and post their phone. But I see a lot of support online going unanswered or slow in answering, which is disturbing. I guess eventually everyone is getting replys.
