Payoneer fees

Payoneer fees for those wondering:
https://payouts.payoneer.com/partner...ees.aspx?lan=1

Substantially higher than the epass fees, especially for those outside the US. The monthly card maintenance fee is interesting.. if you do less than 5 transactions per month they charge you $3 per month, that's $36 per year for not using it enough. And people complained about epassporte fees. :1orglaugh

seeandsee 09-10-2010 08:04 AM

what is funny, high fees comparing to epass but maybe will go down if they add p2p

i agree ,not bad at all

chronig 09-10-2010 08:08 AM

Can't say I understand exactly how Payoneer works...

I can get a payoneer card by signing up as an affiliate to <program that has payoneer>

Then I can have other people pay me through that same Payoneer card even if they have no relation to that original affiliate program? Or do they need to have a payoneer account too? or what the fuck

Adraco 09-10-2010 08:09 AM

Says session timed out. I think they even hide their fees inside the member area, so you can't see the fees unless you become a member and login first.

2intense 09-10-2010 08:09 AM

ATM withdrawal - outside U.S. $2.15 * Per Trx When withdrawal is requested

epass take 3 $

cant see % i can see

ATM withdrawal - U.S. $1.35 Per Trx When withdrawal is requested
ATM withdrawal - outside U.S. $2.15 * Per Trx When withdrawal is requested
Declined ATM withdrawal $0.90 Per Trx When withdrawal request is declined
Purchase Transaction Free * Per Trx When card is used for purchases
ATM Balance inquiry $0.90 Per inquiry When inquiry is made

greg80 09-10-2010 08:16 AM

The strange thing is, I get charged 1% for each transaction. So if I pay something that costs $500, payoneer actually takes $505 from my account.

adult-help 09-10-2010 08:17 AM

So you cant send from one member to another? Damn am I gonna miss epass if it goes down..they can keep hat 1K they owe me just bring back the functionality and ATM access and all will be fine!

I guess that's why they created fine print... because people like you can't see it! :1orglaugh

Imortyl Pussycat 09-10-2010 08:18 AM

epass may have been less expensive but this is one of those cases where "you get what you pay for" rang true unfortunately.

What will payoneer give them for their money? I went to their site to get info and left unsatisfied. Do you know anything about them?

Tapaz 09-10-2010 09:15 AM

I opened a payoneer account... they only ask an ID number to give you a card?

SpicyM 09-10-2010 09:32 AM

I dont know why u guys consider Payoneer a good alternative.. I dont see any advantage.

1. No p2p transfers
2. Card must be issued by your sponsor (non-US people)
3. High fees.. card activation: $10 ?? WTF? ATM balance inquiry: $1 ?? Whats that shit??

So far the only alternative I found is:

OKpay.com , Webmoney.com and Neteller.com

Everything looks good with OKpay except:

ATM withdrawal 2% (min. $3, max. $15)

But they offer all we had with Epass.

---

As for Neteller.com

"With no transfer fees for the receiver, the sender only pays a 1.9% transfer fee. The minimum fee is 1 USD."

1.9% is a lot

chronig 09-10-2010 09:36 AM

Does netteller give debit cards? or webmoney? (not that I would trust my money with sneaky slimey shady Russians!!! ... :disgust)

after this fiasco i would advise the GFY investigators to do the digging that has now been done on Epass before jumping on board with anyone knew. Gammae just added Payoneer, check with Karl, he's super smart and would not have thrown something up without totally checking it out. i think the issue for most programs right now (other than the obvious) is that there are not many options out there to get their people paid that are not in the US.

bufferover 09-10-2010 09:46 AM

Webmoney sucks :( It's really good option if you live in Russia i guess. No they don't have ATM cards like i know

Yes they do..

Neteller:

ATM card:
http://public.neteller.com/content/g...s_physical.htm

Virtual card:
http://public.neteller.com/content/g...ds_virtual.htm

Webmoney (wmtransfer.com):
https://cards.wmtransfer.com/en

I dont like webmoney so much, the site is shitty and they are Russians, but there are sponsor already using them i.e. Shocking Cash

TheSwed 09-10-2010 09:50 AM

what i can understand so can you send money to other cardholders
Just load their cards.
https://load.payoneer.com/LoadToPage.aspx

SpicyM 09-10-2010 09:52 AM

Neteller

Withdrawal fee schedule (ATM)
USD: 6

Fuck. :Oh crap

Wizzo 09-10-2010 09:54 AM

But Netteller won't work for US companies... :(

https://load.payoneer.com/LoadToPage.aspx

Who pays the fee?
I will pay the fee
Your bank account will be debited with an additional $ 7.79 for fees.
Beneficiary card will be
loaded with:
$ 200.00

OR
Cardholder pays the fee
A Fee of $ 7.50 will be deducted from the amount recieved by the cardholder.
cardholder's card will be
loaded with:
$ 192.50

:eek2

Also - this doesn't look like p2p transfer... as in - have some money in your payoneer account, and transfer to someone else, this looks to be load3d from your visa card/etc

SpicyM 09-10-2010 09:56 AM

OKpay.com issues debit cards

https://www.okpay.com/en/services/debit-card/index.html

SpicyM 09-10-2010 10:02 AM

OKPay Fees (https://www.okpay.com/en/services/fees.html)

Deposit fees
Wire 0%

Interest
Added to balance: 3% per year

Transfers
Internal EUR 0.5% (min €0.01, max €2.99)
Internal USD 0.5% (min $0.01, max $2.99)

OKPay debit card fees:

Card loading $8.00
ATM withdrawal 2% (min. $3, max. $15) - this looks like the only high fee at OKPay.com

Is it just me, or does OKpay really look better than payoneer??

Si 09-10-2010 10:05 AM

how much do you pay for your checking account per month?

$4?

Not bad for $3 per month with payoneer, just be like a second checking account. Ok you can't do P2P but I wouldn't mind betting they either will do, or mastercard doesn't allow it.

Alprazolam 09-10-2010 10:09 AM

That's what I'm looking for / would like to know

Where's the AUP

Found something:

Q: Do you have a restricted business list?

A: We impose no restrictions for particular types of commerce except that we do not tolerate anything connected with child pornography. We do allow transactions related to investment programs, gambling and MLM.

2intense 09-10-2010 10:36 AM

interesting

chronig 09-10-2010 10:39 AM

Signed up for OKPay account and submitted verification documents... let's see what happens

LongBG 09-10-2010 10:50 AM

OKPay says Maximum allowed balance on the card is $5000

That's not going to work for everyone.
