Michael O said in the Thursday's "official" statement thread that the wires are being processed, but you can't help but wonder the validity of that statement since no one on GFY seems to have received one yet. There are a few very high profile high dollar clients requesting them that you would assume would get priority treatment and not seeing that hapen here. Troubling.

No one here has confirmed that wires were received. I find it hard to believe that any went out. How long does it take to get them "approved", 2 per day??? come on guys, you might not want to realize it but the money is frozen or worst its gone. This shit happens before a holiday weekend, you are told wait till tuesday and now its going on friday and you get is " we are getting a lot requests, it is taking time to send them out".
Either the money is stuck in the bank and epass has no access to it. Or epass did something with the money they shouldn't have or the bank did something with the money that they shouldn't have.
this is going to turn into any other ibill type deal we have all dealt with several times over the years. Where there is smoke there is fire. Usually 3 business days for me in Europe but it depends on your bank but no more than 3-4 business days from when your received a message to your message center saying the money were wired.We did request and ACH and we got that money. However there is a daily limit.

I dont have an issue with Michael's customer service. He's trying to clean up a shit storm with apparently no help from upper management. I definitely think it should have been handled better (more updates, more details, less lying) but who knows if Michael had all the answers or was fed bullshit like the rest of us. People are dissecting every word because ePassporte hasnt given them any real news. Everything is vague or complete bullshit. Come out with a well written official statement and there would be less to dissect. It's not the users of ePassporte turning this into a nightmare, its ePassporte themselves.
And if they legitimately didnt do anything and it was user fraud dont you think they would be putting a little more effort into some positive PR? You could have your lawyers draft up an official statement explaining a portion of whats going on, how its not epassporte's fault and how they are going about correcting it. Being vauge and not offering any details is what a lawyer would advise you to do if you caused the fuck up and they dont want you admitting it.Comment
