Employment is a contract which the employee is offered and can take or leave. If I hire someone to serve burgers with a smile and with a carrot sticking out of their butt, and they take the job, then serving burgers without a smile or working without the carrot means they lied when they took the job and they should be fired.

I pay this guy $15 an hour to help out with various shit. He's 21. I've never seen anyone so damn lazy in my life. And I pay cash!

of course money is a factor. to say it isn't, is ridiculous.

regardless, bottom line, it's the company that has control over who they hire, and what the level of service is.

if they hire anyone who wants a job, at the lowest possible rate, without regard to customer service skills, and then allow them to slack off - they (the company) is the one digging their own grave. period.

Arby's...my second most favorite fast food, the first being Skipper's Fish & Chips. Their fish & chips is better than almost all the expensive fish & chips I've had in much more expensive restaurants.

Chick-Fil-A rocks! They are (or were in MD where I grew up) the 'white people's' chicken place. The black community tended to stick to Popeye's.

I REALLY miss Chick-Fil-A here in the UK. Their chicken was always lean, the nuggets aren't pressed meat but lumps, and the coating was heaven. Sweet and spicy. I used to eat loads of that stuff with their Polynesian ( I think thats what it was) sauce. Oh, and the fries that were waffle cut and not too greasy. Yummmmm, quiet you've made me really hungry!!
