Index page loaded fast for me. Video page seemed to hang for a few seconds. Acount registration went smooth although I believe an email confirmation would be more suitable for the site. I guess you haven't finished the order page yet as I get an error.

But site and script looks real good as always. I am going to get this script from you next week after I finish what I am working on now.

Any tube site should be on a 100MBit pipe, and a QuadCore processor. Otherwise you will see those slower load times. It can be done on less, and those are fine for start ups. But over time once you have your content up, you need to move to the higher speeds.

Well, you're hosting this thing with webazilla in the netherlands. While this will make handling DMCA complaints easier (dmca doesn't exist in the netherlands), it's going to result in terrible slowness that's going to irritate off most of your US users. However, the website may be speedy in certain parts of Europe, and Asia.

You should consider signing up for one of the following CDN services, and using them to distribute your images & videos:

www.voxcdn.net
www.cdnetworks.com
www.akamai.com

They'll basically mirror your content around the globe, and route your users to the nearest server to download from. spankwire.com i know makes use of cdnetworks.com.

Ghettotube took only 4-5 seconds today, which is fast. Couldn't load it all the for the last two weeks. It's a shame.
