The risk goes up 10 fold. But only from 0.1% to 1%.

1 chance in a hundred of serious complications.

If you have 3 boys already I would say no. Shouldn't gamble on someone's life.

All we have to do is start a 2 child policy now and the population will gradually decline right away.
