once you get the card, check the PO date and you'll see they sent it a few days ago. I had exactly the same problem TWICE and they always said they sent it. Of course, they were lying and they sent if only after 2/3 months, so unless Michael helps you, I'd not hold my breath

btw, what do you need, money from Paypal to your EP account or otherwise? I can send PP if you need

yea i haven been contact with Michael this whole time my card expired June 28, 2010 first replacement never came. i hit up michael Mid July and he told me to wait until end of the month and if nothing shows up then contact him again. so beginning of august i tell michael no card yet, so he says 7-10 days it will take to make the card again and offered me expedited shipping for $30.. wtf? i said no regular mail is OK. no now 20 days later still no card.. BLAH
