once you get the card, check the PO date and you'll see they sent it a few days ago. I had exactly the same problem TWICE and they always said they sent it. Of course, they were lying and they sent if only after 2/3 months, so unless Michael helps you, I'd not hold my breath 
btw, what do you need, money from Paypal to your EP account or otherwise? I can send PP if you need
