The Aston is a solid ride, but doesn't have that go kart fun drive to it. It's very heavy. I paid more for mine and it's Convertible if that helps. |

First you said the R8 was a " rough " ride and now your saying the R8 is a better ride than the Aston. That Aston must drive like a tank :winkwink: BTW, how do those drive compared to that Ferrari you lowered? I'm 6' 7" so space is a premium to me. I don't mind a tight fit but I do need to be able to reach the clutch and I need to have my head in a normal position and not tucked down so I don't rub the roof. I used to have a Toyota Celica that was fine for me to drive. Now I drive Jeeps. The R8 seemed like a roomy enough car but sporty enough to get that exotic car feel and a great deal at the $100K price point. I like the Aston even more but thought they were more expensive. If I had lotto money I'd definitely have one of those special edition orange Aston Martins with some killer wheels and get it tuned. I guess next time I take pictures of an exotic car I should ask if I can sit in it for a test fit. I'm guessing about 4/5 of them I couldn't even drive and the other 1/5 I can't afford. Come to think of it I don't even know why I'm in this thread:Oh crap :1orglaugh |

If you are comparing the R8 with the Aston, the R8 is a Funner ride. Little rough but it's no Lexus. I used to have a A8, now that was a nice ride. Not as fun though. You may want to look into that if you want a four door. And for being so tall. the A8 or a Big BMW would fit you well. Not sure if your heads stick out from your jeep. :1orglaugh You can afford anything you put your mind into. Your problem is being able to drive them. |
