First ever from spedia.net - the pay per surf company - 25$ or so
I still earn money from their program($20 a month, wow I'm happy), cause i have few hundrets referals there.
Second and funniest ever, from sendmoreinfo.com. It was about $10

First adult check was from trueclick.com program from Helmy enterprises in 1999, i think. It was about $100 and that was my income from them for many months, until they shutted down that program. It was just for submitting to yahoo and nothing doing.
Is this company still in bussiness?
