One of the problems Americans have isn't what we eat, it's how much we eat. Took the wife out last weekend to a nice dinner and the amount of food they gave me was enough for two full meals.

Everytime I am in the US I am astonished at the portion sizes are most of the restaurants. Usually we will order a main between 2 of us and more often than not we can't finish it. It's also a lot to do with what's in the food. Today food processors use an oil that makes you feel hungry after a while. I think it's called Palm Oil.
