They defiantly steal content. I have a dozen example sitting right here of them using MY content to promote their sites. And yes, I can fully back this up and would be glad to as it's been going on quite a while now.

I used to promote Silvercash way back when they were paying 11 cents per click...I made a little moneytable on my site with ALL of their sites and let the surfers click away....On just 200 hits a day to my main page, I was able to squeeze out 300 one month with them...
