Paypal For Epass - Who do you Trust ???
OK I need to send someone a epass payment... I dont have epass
 Who do you trust to deal with for this... I used to use a regular guy (cant remember his name) he was in Holland and was great... alas cant see him on my list now  Think I will need to send about $300... Any suggestions ?
