Congrats on that. The external debt of the USA is about 14 billion dollars (the money that all the Americans owe to the World). How much those "good ones" contribute to the "poor people" from that amount of money they owe? When you earn a buck and live for 10, I got to believe you can easily spent a few cents to charity
