Gee, you think someone who would make that extensive of a list would, I dunno, learn to setup a goddamn filtering proxy instead of chewing through 8k lines every time they want to resolve something.

Big stack of things put there by Spybot-SD and only a few I have added myself which are things like livejasmin

Got Adblock Plus filtering out a lot of adverts and also doing things like stripping images from certain sites.
