You say I do not care about your answers to questions I have posed to you repeatedly, and which you have so far not answered, but indeed I do care, as do many others in the adult industry, since you claim to have acquired a company that is widely disdained (and believed to have caused much damage) in the adult industry, and yet you have asked everyone to trust you, without providing answers to even the simplest of questions, such as, who are the other partners/investors in your venture?
To deflect your failure to answer these questions, you have falsely stated that I have somehow threatened you and your family, which is plain ridiculous, when I have stated just the opposite, that I do not wish to cause you or your family any legal problems or embarrassment.
Plain and simple, I think you are a coward, or have something to hide, Nathan / Fabian Thylmann, if you once again refuse to answer my straightforward questions (anyone can see, none of my questions should appear threatening to either you or your family).
So, for the record, here are the questions that I pose to you, and which you appear afraid to answer, even though they should not be construed in any way as a threat to you or your family (unless by answering them you feel somehow endangered - which could mean that you are hiding some illegal activity/associations):
1) Name who your "partners" are in Manwin, since you claim to be a "Managing Partner".
2) Who else is an investor in Manwin?
3) What role/relationship, if any, do Stephane Manos or Q-u-i-s-s-a-m Youseff have with Manwin (remove the hypens in Mr Youseff's first name - he has apparently asked the GFY moderators to disallow the posting of his first name, for some mysterious reason; could this mean he has something to hide?).
4) Does Virage Media Limited still exist? If not, when did it cease to exist, and why? Are the former Virage Media Ltd properties now part of Manwin?
5) When did Manwin come into existence, and who are the partners/investors?
6) When did Manwin acquire Mansef? In March or July of this year, or whatever date? From what I have heard, the purchase occurred soon after the US Federal Government and Pink Visual (Ventura Content) launched lawsuits against Mansef for money laundering/illegal bank activity and copyright violations.
7) Is Bob Rice still a part of your Manwin operation? If not, when did he leave?
8) What business relationship/association(s) have you, or any companies associated with you, (such as Virage Media, or HQtube and Xtube) had with Envisionext/Stan Fiskin? Was he ever an officer/employee with Virage Media?
9) What business relationship, if any, do you have with Jain Shaileshkumar (aka Sam Jain) or Bjorn Daniel Sundin (aka Daniel)? Some people here seem to think there is a money connection somehow.
10) Would you consider contributing some of Manwin's profits to an industry-wide anti-copyright/anti-piracy effort?
There clearly are no threats to you or your family in the above questions.
As anyone can see, you are simply making up a bogus excuse to refuse to respond to these straightforward questions, if you should provide no answers.
