pick any cheap (less potent) strain of haze. careful though, the expensive/potent strains can put you out for the day too

myself, i do just wait till evening to vape out -- i honestly prefer indica's -- the sativa's give me anxiety and i have to measure my doses very carefully

I loved the high of the arcata trainwreck cut... it smells like shit though, very pungent. But it was an extremely clear headed high with no ceiling, felt like you could just keep smoking.

Give that a shot. You'll know you got the right stuff when you open up the jar and smell rotting whale flesh with a dash of gasoline. Hah.

True that - and good sour diesel (and not all are) will beat the best Kush in my book.

#4 is a mix of Sour Diesel and Train Wreck - and it FN rocks.

For a serious couch lock - I love LA Confidential - but I can't smoke that stuff and function. My GF on the other hand, would smoke an oz a day if you let her.

But back to the original question, the maturity of the bud at harvest has much to do with the type of high you experience. When looked at under a microscope, trichomes appear clear until they start to ripen - then turn milky before finally turning amber as the plant fully matures.

That is only part of the picture. A early harvested indica is not going to be the same as a mature sativa.

Jeez, just smoke the leaf. You could probably smoke it all day and stay very mild without getting stoned to death at all. People throw it away, but it's exactly what you're asking for. I read that in a book. Yeah, thats it. A book.

Yep, a book is a non-pod reader thingy.

If you grow it medically, just dont throw the leaf away is all I'm saying. Use it for filler with a smaller amount of the strong bits and you can regulate it. I read that on a forum, yeah thats it. A forum.

Was thinking of mixing some bubba kush with some Salvia.... was thinking the wackness of the salvia, even if only for 5 minutes, would shake me up and rattle me so much that it would override the sedative effects of the kush and make me wide awake....

but that's probably not a good idea either.

Which is a completely irrelevent question! 1. Because geographic location of growth has fuck all to do with quality. 2. Humboldt has had a mass exodus of good growers and their floor has dropped out.

The skill of the grower has almost as much if not more to do with the quality of the bud then the genetics do. I know a couple people on gfy that have failed grows or produced crap product despite starting with superior dna.

To say any strain is the "best" is a fools errand. The difference between cutting one week early or late can effect quality immensely, again back to grower skill and knowledgability here.

Stick to smoking it and not bullshitting about it.
