Why don't you sue him for intentionally lowering the value of your house?
I've gone a few rounds with my neighbor. He doesn't own the home but was renting, and the day he moved in he cut down all of the bushes between our house (that was on his property) and extended the driveway all the way to the property line so he can house his fleet of trucks for his landscaping business. Oh fuck no. I filed complaints with the HOA and then with the city, and he had to remove it. He was pissed. Since then it's been nothing but both of us trying to piss each other off. I don't have a mean bone in my body; I find it funny really. I won the last round. His house was raided by the police, and nine of ten people were taken away in handcuffs - and deported. Turns out that his entire staff for his illegal business were all here illegally. This includes the mother of his little baby. Since then, the house is pretty much empty, only one truck, and only one person. A lot nicer this way. |

If they want to live with absolutely no rules or responsibility then they should buy a farm. I don't like being told what to do either, but when you live in the city, there are responsibilities and rules to follow. You would think neighbors would use some common sense and want to preserve the property value. |

He has always been a pretty cool guy, I think losing his home has taken it's toll and I just happened to be there during a bad moment. Heck, he has seen me watering before, waved and never said a thing...yesterday was a different story ;) |
