    Big Brother for adults

    Has anyone made a Big Brother for adults only?
    Like a contest where girls do sex acts in a house they all live in and there is camera every where? Members vote and each week 1-2 girls get voted off. etc

      I started a house back in 2003 with that exact same idea ( the name of it was Reality Webcams ) with a few other things added to it. The problem I had was location (was just waiting to be found out and arrested ), I didn't have good contacts for talent to put in the house, and I was basically trying to do everything from run the house to advertising, to doing all of the design, etc.

      The concept is great and did well, but to me it wasn't worth the risk and it ate up too much of my time. I've expanded upon the idea and concept in my head over the years and truly have a kick ass approach to doing a site for this now. I'm just hoping one day I meet the right company with the resources to be able to put it all together with my guidance and ideas. If done right, it would be huge, make millions and be untouched by tube sites / free porn.

      To my knowledge no one else has even done a site like this. The closest thing I have ever come across was webcam houses like GGW, but there was no voting or interaction other than chat etc.

                                                      There was the Voyeur Dorm that was around for a while and I used to promote. It sold like crazy. It wasn't really game show, it was just a house where hot girls lived. Some would go int he chat room and rest walked around naked, slept naked, cooked naked and swam naked.                                                           there would be a very easy way to get sponsors involved and several different ways to monitize traffic, but the site on its own would do very very well just from monthly membership fees.

                                                          If I remember right he has a pretty unique idea but different than what the original poster is talking about. I believe bigsister allows viewers to go to the house and have sex with the girls for free and other members get to watch.

                                                              If you looking to build something and have the resources to do it, let me know I have the blue prints to the exact concept you are looking to do and have learned from trial and error what works the best.

                                                              I didn't get to impliment half of what I wanted to do, did almost all of the work myself (including design - which sucked) sent a limited amount of traffic to it and still had the site generate a couple hundred thousand in membership sales. It converted great, the concept is unique and addictive to members (long retention rates) it can't be pirated, i can't believe a bigger adult company or cam company hasn't done this yet right.                                                                   Say 10 girls in the house, all sleep in double beds in 1 big room.
                                                                  The 10 girls would be models that want to be the next "pornstar" and this is their tryout.
                                                                  Each day they get an activity to do, like make a porn movie and story, give a blowjobs POV and the guy rates her. Best body paint model, lingerie day, nude day, spin the bottle, truth or dare games and the list goes on. I'm sure there is lots of thing you can get 10 girls to do, including mass orgies.

                                                                  Each girl votes to send 2 other girls away which counts for 40% of the score
                                                                  Members vote to send 2 girls off which counts for 60% of the scrore.

                                                                  Put them to gether and 1 girl with the highest votes to go, goes home.
                                                                  Each week 1 girl goes home until you have your last model which wins the contract.

                                                                          I have a list of hundreds of things you can do with this concept. I'll throw out a couple things here, maybe it will spark someone's interest to do a site like this and I can help them. The key to everything is MEMBER INTERACTION. It is not only the solution to free porn / tube sites but it is the model that will make you the most money because of a lot longer retention rates. My idea basically makes the site 1/2 porn 1/2 mainstream, just as much entertainment as it is about sex. Every member on the site participates in several different ways.

                                                                          To do this right you need to have a lot of resources including a lot of cash. This would be a perfect concept for an existing big cam site with the funds to buy a house, wire it up, and hire a staff to run it.

                                                                          If anyone has the resources to pull this off and you are thinking about doing it, contact me. If done right this would be huge it is also easy to fuck up if you wind up with basically just another cam house setup.

                                                                                                                      6. On site tech support / referee / house mom / manager type. (security depending on where you located and if the house location is made public.)
                                                                                                                      7. Cash for operational costs till profits start coming in.
                                                                                                                      8. Everything else that goes with any website: design, programming, advertising, affiliate promotions, etc.
                                                                                                                      9. Basically you need what would be the equivalent of a sitcom writer, someone to come up with everything that will take place in the house / marketing and product developement type guy.

                                                                                                                                  - if there is not anyone to provide the "program" the people get in general very boring after a while, so you really need someone as a cheerleader to hype things up, you also need someone to provide the "program" beforehand

                                                                                                                                  - don't forget extremely unreliable talent - you won't get exactly functional people to fuck in front of the cams, this is a never ending pain

                                                                                                                                  - If you'd recruit "professionals" they'll be dull as hell, unable to provide a sensible sentence, and the fucking will be boring as 99 pct. of hardcore porn

While I don't give away ideas and work for free, I would LOVE to see all my plans for this type of site become a reality and even if I could get 1% piece of it I know it would end up turning into a pile of cash.

                                                                                                                                      I am in the wrong location and don't have the resources to do it right. I tried and while it made good money it damned near killed me trying to do it not to mention the wife wasn't too thrilled about me going to fix talent's pc's at 2am. Which the dumb girls cat knocked the power cord out of the pc and while chicks fighting is great content for the site, I don't want to have to be the one to referee that shit. I was also worried about possible legal issues. So someone would need a location where they wouldn't have to worry about zoning or possible obscenity issues.

                                                                                                                                      This is one of those projects I was never able to stop thinking about and always rethought in my head and added new things to what I hope some day to see live.

                                                                                                                                      I started from scratch and ran my own house for about a year doing almost all of the work myself. Talent was also a big problem for me, the only talent I know was local and I didn't want to put local people in the house because I knew the word would get out and didn't want the publicity / heat. I had the hardest time trying to find girls and I didn't have a reputation with the talent side of the industry and the site was new. Using OMP trying to find girls to fly in and come live in the house lol was a little rough. I am sure a big company with a good reputation wouldn't have that problem and some turn over is good actually. Someone has to get voted off, you just rig the voting to kick out the girl who was going to leave anyway

People get addicted to the drama, the get heavily involved into the site, they get to make decisions and call the shots, and they get to get off. I was hardly able to scratch the surface with my site and the retention rates were kick ass.

                                                                                                                                              Everything is "potential" You just want to have the lowest risk/investment with the highest potential rewards. I'd stake my 10+ year reputation and my time that if someone followed my advice this site would be very very successful and profitable. I'd work for 100% free on the deal for a very small % of ownership / profit share.

                                                                                                                                              In the US would be ideal, a location where porn is ok, maybe Vegas or Socal ? That would make the internet access cheap and no BS. I tried to help someone wire up a whore house in Santa Damingo, the politics and trying to get the bandwidth to the building was next to impossible and very expensive... not worth it. The site I have invisioned wouldn't be hardcore, there is no need. Actually hardcore would hurt you more than help as it would alienate the mainstream members who weren't there just for the porn.

                                                                                                                                              I'm just trying to give out enough to let people know this is truely a multi million dollar idea and HUGE ASSET to an existing ppm cam site company or big membership company who needs to diversify into other things than pics and vids. The successful people know that you need someone involved that knows what the hell they are doing to advise on how to set it up and how it should be run. If someone tried to take a couple nuggets from this thread and attempted to do it on their own they would very likely piss away all of their money and totally blow the idea and potential. I literally have hundreds of ideas for the project that would be kick ass, from promoting it, to getting affiliates to push it, to what it can ultimately evolve into, to intergration into their existing site. It needs to be done right, I would love to see it built.

The most frustraiting part is it seems like everyone with a cam site or who is still left with money doesn't want to listen on ways to make more money. When ever I talk to site owners, i think they ignore everything I am saying and just reply back with ... " well what would I have to do to get you to send us your traffic" This is a no brainer for a big cam site and salvation for a big picture and video membership site company.

                                                                                                                                                      This can be for sure a very good idea, if you can show some nudity for free online plus making it interactive it can be pretty successful but you need loads of traffic and for sure funds.

                                                                                                                                                      The development part is the easiest part. Finding talent, sketch, managing the whole process will be a hard one.

                                                                                                                                                      If you really want to do something like this you there needs to be collaboration with a cam company and a big content producer/brand/label.

                                                                                                                                                      This could be required to offer the 18+ BB winners cash a contract to be featured in one of the new productions and offering them their own site.

                                                                                                                                                      In this region (Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) there is enough talent but you need to offer them something.

                                                                                                                                                      So in other words you need to have some heavy funds for a) talent scouting, b) location/facilities, c) staff and d) marketing lots of marketing that generates traffic.

                                                                                                                                                      Once you have that settled you need to define a format/storybook that will never end but only grows.

                                                                                                                                                      Lets say you work with a group of 10 individuals (6 girls / 4 guys) and the term is 4 weeks you will to have a new group stand by to do the next term.

                                                                                                                                                      Also focus on your revenue streams (web, mobile, sms and future Google TV) and define a combined pay-per-second business model and subscription fee.

                                                                                                                                                      Once again this you can't do alone, you will need to hookup with some big online adult company who participates in revenue sharing and as added value finding new talents.

My first idea was this would be to find a new amateur model and get a site dedicated to her. Could also start by having only girls in the house and working the guys into the action per day, rather then having the guys in there too. This would mean more girls in the house but still be able to use guys outside.

They would work for the money but they would be paid well. I have several different ways you could make money off of the girls where you would be making a ton more off of them then you were paying them and most chicks would jump at 1K a week or more, free room and board, having fun, and getting a lot of exposure for themselves.

                                                                                                                                                                                      The operational part is a big no no for them, sticking to what makes them money is what they do, very few are open to put an effort into anything new, I might point you the right direction though, I'll email you.
