Anyone have a list of some sort? Countries like China, etc..

Trying to figure out what countries to avoid in Juicy Ads.

So people actually get sales via phone and SMS from China, Vietnam, Turkey, Africa, etc? Hard to believe, and what are the chances really? Isn't it still wise to avoid this traffic? Or does it depend on what you are trying to sell them?
