Anyone have a list of some sort? Countries like China, etc..

scratch off Africa (except RSA), Israel, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam (!!!!!).

USA converts the best, doesn't it.

Nope. Japan and Germany kicks ass as far as ratios go.

lately France and Germany have been the best for me.

Vietnam will convert with someone else's credit cards :)

Stay away from Africa, the middle east and southeast Asia (especially the Philippines)....
