I think there has been too much banning. GFY is what it is because of drama ,flaming and trolling. There are still a handful of *business* websites around and they are on life support.

Gfy is and will be! a best adult wm forum, fuck yes it's less threads,but still there are nice stuff to read.

Wrong. There was not enough banning early on, so many business owners left.

The industry is changing, and many will not be coming back. They have went back to real world jobs, switched to mainstream, or donned a paper hat.

Most actual business owners are not going to put up with all the bullshit. Now that the industry is quickly changing, they have better things to do with their time and energy. A lot have grown older, and now have families, and other things more important in life going on. It is not a bunch of 20 something's working 18 hours a day like the good ole days.

As you get older, and have other time commitments, people are not going to put up with the bullshit if it does not make them money. Which is a wise business decision.

I agree. Thank God those "see sig" posts aren't around anymore clogging up all of the actual business of the board. We can all read in peace now, such a better experience overall. No idea why Eric didn't jump on that earlier, I can't imagine how many people fled during that fiasco.

I'm pretty surprised at the amount of people just leaving and letting their stuff expire. Definetly shows who was doing real business and working hard all along and who was lazy but talked big game.

Alot of embarrassed big game talkers nowadays. I personally kinda like and hopefully the industry becomes smaller and more tight knit instead of a bunch of hooligans.

How is it that you speak for all the *real* business owners? The real business owners have always read GFY. Many didn't post much if ever but everyone read it daily. And it was the flaming,and the drama that made GFY what it eventually became. It was the car crash that people couldn't resist. Take the car crashes away and there's not a lot left to look at. Or do you think that those *real* business owners are going to come on any forum and share the tricks and secrets that make them money.

Where is this? ADX is still pretty active but its always been a business oriented board.

However, I have been to many conferences over the years and talked to many fellow business owners face to face that have voiced that opinion. Many have also posted both here, as well as on other WM forums, that same opinion.

That said, you're correct. Many will still read GFY daily to keep up on the happenings, as well as other boards, however fewer are 'contributing' for lack of better word.

With douchebag trolls like the Dmeon are allowed to post here you wonder why people don't come here as much.

Depends on what you are looking for in WM boards. It rarely has any drama. ADX is still fairly active as well. That said, nothing is going to beat GFY for getting business done, and the activity.

There are a few that seem to be moving along ok. I can think of one fairly new one in particular which is growing at a very rapid rate, and 2-3 that are at least maintaining themselves with decent activity.

Banning the real people in this "biz" and keeping the fakes, trolls, surfers in isnt helping much either.

I mean, 90% of the threads here are either about random worldly bullshit or get trashed to death by members that dont have anything lost in adult.

Run a tighter ship. Get back to verifying who is who. Sure, gfy is fun, but it was about biz too or?

Now i see guys playing smart hiding behind a multitude of nicknames downtalking everyone. They once where icons but resort in trashing and trolling.
