Happened to me once. I emailed Michael O - he said it was a security thing - they disappear your money if you don't use your account for a while. I got it back a few hours later.

You should store money you do not need to withdraw on the Wallet for extra security.
If money is stored on the Wallet it can not be withdrawn using the Electron card or spend online using the Virtual card in case your Electron card gets cloned or your virtual card information is compromised at a merchant.

Yeah, im not using it as a bank

We have Different Accounts there and we need in each weekly a certain amount of Money to be able to pay our Models.

Is joust the best option and hopefully it would continue to be good with them.
