truth is ive spent so much money on family.. if i had to put an estimate its at least 100k in the past 3-4yrs.. i remember this cousin who was like a bro to me, he kept borrowing $1k from me like every week , he would come up with reasons and id feel bad and loan him the money.. mofo owes me at least $50k now.. i wrote all that off..

Instead of loaning it tell them you are giving it to them. Only give a fraction of what they ask for. Say its not a loan as you know they won't pay it back so if they ask for $1000 'give' them 50 or 100. $10000 give them $100.
It will save you a ton of money.

As to the current situation the 'red flag' was that her dad would not loan her money then theres probably a good reason.

This is insane. Your family & friends are making a fool out of you. You're a 24 year old young guy and I have no idea how you are making so much money in adult or mainstream that you can afford to piss it away like this. But you are obviously telling everyone you know way too much of your personal business and shooting your mouth off about how much money you are making so that everyone knows you are rolling in dough from their perspectives. They all probably think that you are making "easy" money online and hitting you up for every minor emergency is becoming a way of life for these people. You need to move out on your own if you haven't already, and tell anyone that asks that you are in some financial trouble with your own debts, and that the bank is closed.

i already moved out but apart from this girl i havent had anyone ask for a loan in a long time. i tell everyone shit is hard and im working 18hrs/day and making peanuts.. but remember this is someone im close to saying hey give me 10k i need it for biz, ill give it back in < a week max..

You are making no sense. You said you loaned a cousin over 50K over time that he still owes you and you could write that off but you can't let go a 10K loan? What matters more, the amount of time the money was let go over or the total owed. So what you gave the cousin 1K a week and it totalled up to 50K. Hell that is worse than this 10K loan. Not because it is 40K more but because he time after time never paid you back and you kept giving him more each week.

Well in your case, tell them they still owe you money from last time so you can't give them more. Or if you live modest like you say you do then how in the fuck do they know how much money you have in the bank. Tell them your business doesn't do as good now and you simply don't have it, sorry.

You have to mention the loan to the person and you have to say what action you will take if loan is not repaid in 1 week / 2 weeks / month, whatever time. Then you take the action you say you were going to take.
