Property taxes on a 20 million dollar home would be over 40k per month.

So that's one reason too rent it instead of owning it.

and if your corp. rented it for a business purpose you could write it all off.

I liked the outside of the house a lot better myself. It felt kind of cold inside. Didn't have that warm feeling.
