    Are there any cam studios that can rent out cam models?
    I'm willing to pay either a flat fee or percentage

                                      I just think that if you pay money to a female directly instead of going through studios, employment agencies or other companies - you can get a cheaper deal. If you can find a willing woman yourself.

                                          Good luck finding and negotiating individual deals for the 100+ cam models you will need to launch a new site.
