I've had some good success with http://tengacash.com it's a smaller program or online store but the product itself sells very well, plus it's cheap. It's geared mostly to men though. They don't have alot of female products.

They could also still be in the proccess of getting you qualified with your supplied documents. I noticed this does take a couple of days and it also seems to take a couple of days to get a funding source approved. They have also changed out the backend to a new one and might still be hammering out a few minor issues with it. |
