To be qualified you must send I think 10 sales or the documents (its been a while and im not totally sure). The only difference in being qualified and not is a drop ship fee of 2.50 to 1.50.
They reply in most cases within 24 hours. So, thats kinda strange. I would send them another support ticket on the same issue if its been over 24 hours. They could also still be in the proccess of getting you qualified with your supplied documents. I noticed this does take a couple of days and it also seems to take a couple of days to get a funding source approved.
They have also changed out the backend to a new one and might still be hammering out a few minor issues with it.
