Waiting on my android 2.1 update for my phone also. I have the cliq xt, nice phone, but 2.1 will make it even sweeter.

I almost purchased the Moment a few months back, but then when I read about the upcoming HTC Evo 4G I held off. I am going to miss having a physical slide out keyboard for texting, but I am hoping to acclimate to the large touch screen quickly.

SWEET! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS! Yeah the Evo looks sick but i will wait till they make a 4G with the keyboard, I just can't live without it.

I feel that way to, but I hope I can get used to a smartphone without a keyboard. If I can't get used to it, I figure that there'll be a new Android or perhaps future Windows Mobile device with a keyboard and superior specs within a year and I'll just use my next upgrade from Sprint.

Jim, you won't miss having a keyboard. I have a Motorola Droid that has a QWERTY keyboard and I never use it. The touch screen is so much better.

I hardly use my keyboard too. I'm a big fan of Swype and it works awesome.
