Where I am located, I am looking for a house and almost everyone is in one of those damn communities and like 60% are cookie cutter houses (ie the builder built the EXACT same house all down the whole street) I hate it sooo much! I don't want to get lost on my own block and I dont want a home owner association to tell me I cant have parties, or ride a go kart in my back yard or have a home business.... fuck off Home owner associations! I dont want your community gyms, and community pools and club houses!!!!!
But seriously... Why would you ever use your real address? Just have it set private, its only like $5 more or free depending on where you get your domains so just do it! Even my 2257 info isn't for me, I pay someone to hold all that shit and use their name and address. I dont see them winning this but you should really just change it and problem solved. I am pretty sure they just ask for your address, not specifically business address. If I registered a domain like bacardisfamilyreunion.com for my family reunion photos... umm there isnt going to be a business address to register it to, I think they just want your address. So just because the domains are registered there isnt proof you have a home business.

Just say you have so many domain names that you must have overlooked them when updating your info after moving house and thank them for telling you.

And yes, thanks to all who are STILL posting about me not updating whois, private registration, etc. etc. Like I've pointed out earlier it was just laziness (updating whois) and the private registration I have on some domains but I have dozens of others that are/were just throw-aways so just didn't bother. Not sure why I would have used my home address when I registered in the first place but lesson learned. ![]() |

There is a lot of " may " words in there. They aren't claiming you did any damage but that you may if you don't remove it. I don't think they can sue you for damages that "may" happen. Why fuck with it, if you don't live there any more just update your domains. If you want to waste time then start a website with condo's name and do something legally to make them look stupid, I am sure you could get creative but why waste the time ?
