That's what always surprises me about the companies that don't pay - they should have money.
So they either have the money and are just taking it without paying affiliates or they were really that shitty at managing money.
And I know a lot of adult companies that make bank that have none left cause they pay themselves ridiculous salaries with their huge houses and cars. Yes, this still happens. One lost processor, one lost bank, one lawsuit, they'd be done ... no money to pay it.Comment

I am sure that Brian and Brad will ensure everyone get's paid what they are owed. These things can be devasting but they are an honest, stand up company - they certainly have not shut the shop up and ran.
I am sure FastSize and Roaring Tiger will bounce back from this.
I know both Brad and Brian will not mind me saying that if they are not accepting new affiliates then we do for www.sizegenetics.com and www.maleextra.com at www.moreniche.com affiliate network. We do not do rebilling/free trials etc.

I agree that losing processing shouldn't mean you suddenly stop paying your affiliates, unless your program is running at break-even there should be sufficient funds to cover the final payout. Not paying affiliates what they're due is also going to fuck up their reputation when the owner(s) figure out a new way to make money and need people to promote them.Comment

I wonder why VISA/MC dropped them like that. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they had such a high chargeback or fraud rate from those type of products, they simply dropped any vendor that billed for them. Sucks for the affiliates, they did leave a lil wiggle room to get a report on your earnings, so maybe in the end the affiliate might get their money. I hope so.

I lost a merchant account more than once and every time they give you a fair warning, at least thirty days. Problem is they will hold your rolling reserve usually for the full six months. You might be able to get some of it each month.
Even if you are added to the TMF you still should be able to get another account, usually with a high deposit (six figures). Ive been on the TMF for years and still have a merchant account albeit at a higher rate.Comment
