It's entirely possible tho not very probable. PCP was tested by the military years ago with the intent of creating a 'super army' - one that would not realize pain or fear under extreme circumstances.

However, they realized that the 'super army' wouldn't realize the commands they were being given either, so that pretty much settled the question.

If anything, the people responsible for the Hannibal series ripped that idea from the pic. That's not to say what the pic says is real though.
