2. Intellichat gets a RevShare or PPS payout if they "Save" your customer.
3. They boast "Increase sales by as much as 25%".
4. You pay them 50% of the sale (if RevShare).

You probably wouldn't put this on an Affiliate Tour, as that would (in some instances) overwrite the affiliate cookies if I'm not mistaken.

So you end up adding this to your non-affiliate tour (Your type-ins, that you get 100% on currently).

Am I missing something?

There are ways in which the affiliate can be credited in on the sale. Our integration with NATS & MPA3 enable you to credit the affiliate on the joins we convert. This means that the affiliate will gain more joins on traffic we convert and the site owner is utilizing the existing traffic without paying over the odds on the join

There are also ways around crediting affiliates on joins for companies not using NATS or MPA3

are there similar scripts that can be bought outright? i think it's a good concept, i just don't see why they should get revshare for a script. once it's set up there is no maintenance and it's not like they are sending new traffic to your site. there must be a script paysite owners can buy thay will do the same thing without conflicting with affiliate cookies.

i can understand them getting revshare if there were actual agents replying to surfers but it's a smart bot. this should be something that can be bought outright rather than revshare.

From a customers point of view if I get nearly to the point of buying something then the site starts discounting it as I'm making my mind up it smells of desperation for a sale and annoys me that if they are able to sell it for half price why weren't they offering it cheaper to start with.

Not everybody responds to things the same way though, I'm sure for as many people that it puts them off there is going to be just as many that choose to continue with their cheaper purchase thinking they really are getting a special deal off a real person.

Until I looked into it I thought it was just a begging script sat on the server. I still can't really understand it being a revshare thing.

Well there are really only two of us in the market, ICA and us at Exit-chat.com. HEre at Exit-chat.com, are the market creator and developer of this kinds of system since 2005.

Our technology only pops on close of browser not on back button. Also its up to the site owner or network to determine if they pay affiliates and how much. Our client roster do pay affiliates so its a win win for everyone involved.

The actual engine is very complete and we have over 7 years and 8 different back end personalities depending on what type of site it is... We actually have safe guards in place to prevent that from happening like suppressions on current customers and also time suppressions so that it only appears on certain time triggers...When presenting a discount on month 1 and rebilling a full price the following months we have seen an average of 50% rebills into full joins...

I have some of our clients in the past years where we have recovered over a million more in sales with our systems. and their regular billings went up as well on the front end.

i'm not saying intellichat doesn't work, i'm just wondering why they get paid revshare for their script when it's a chat bot.

flash videos work too but adobe doesn't get revshare each time a player is used.
