The findings are from a study that tracked nearly 5,000 British adults for 20 years, and they highlight yet another reason to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Overall, 314 people studied had all four unhealthy behaviors. Among them, 91 died during the study, or 29 percent. Among the 387 healthiest people with none of the four habits, only 32 died, or about 8 percent.

Diet: Changed dramatically and for the better
Alcohol: Been 5 years without a drop of alcohol this June
Inactivity: I do morning and night bike rides
smoking: i dont smoke cigs

I know its cliche, but after a death in the family that hit me very, very hard (grandmother) I started thinking about my health a lot more. When I read things like the above, I know I made the right choice as I get ready to go sit outside in the backyard and play with my 5 month Daughter. And now with her, I want to live long and see her grow.

An uncle of mine just died, his daughter is 14, I want to live longer than that, sad.

I don't smoke, I rarely drink, have increased my "activity" lately (it's been great), but I really do need to work on the vegetables. Funny thing is I really love vegetables, I just don't have them often.

Have been working on my diet, inactivity isn't a problem too much with me anymore. Just smokin pot is my only habit, and its the least of my worries as to my health.

It is a good thing I quit smoking. Smoking tops the list of bad habits that kill you — and make you seem older while you are alive. Eat an apple - that could be a good habit. It is all about controlling what goes into your body.

You see - nobody can be forced to have something fed inside their body.

This weekend, my friends and I went to watch her husband fight, Jujutsu. It was super amateur... Maybe four or five local gyms getting together for fun.

So, it's Panama, so it's obviously fucking hot, and it was Jujutsu where the wear the outfit.

Some 40 year old guy (a dentist, has kids, does this in his spare time) had a heart attack...He fought and they thought he had fainted, but he had a heart attack and died 15 minutes later...

Messed up...I mean, he wakes up on a Saturday morning, thinking he's gonna have a good time and scrap with some buddies, and freakin' dies... So sad!
