Alcohol: Been 5 years without a drop of alcohol this June
Inactivity: I do morning and night bike rides

I know its cliche, but after a death in the family that hit me very, very hard (grandmother) I started thinking about my health a lot more. When I read things like the above, I know I made the right choice as I get ready to go sit outside in the backyard and play with my 5 month Daughter. And now with her, I want to live long and see her grow.
An uncle of mine just died, his daughter is 14, I want to live longer than that, sad.
