DateaMillionaire from SinglesCash does have a real verify process for millionaires on the site but that's about the closest I know of.

I saw somewhere a site that charged $300 or so to sign up and then a sizable monthly fee. Their hook was that you had to go through STD screening and full background check to be a member, can't remember the URL though, I'll post it if it comes back to me...

I've seen escorts have something like what I am thinking. The guy signs up with a credit card and his personal info is on file then if something happens to her they know where to look. Assuming they used their own credit card. You would think "Safe Dating" or " Verify my date" would be a good service for girls to use going on blind dates. All of those domains by the way are taken with nothing on them (what is new).
