Worst to myself would not just mean crime, if that was the case I would have certainly agreed that Johannesburg should be high on the list.

Scottybuzz is right. In caracas if you happen to be unlucky enough to in the wrong place at the wrong time you can be kidnapped or just robbed and shot.

In most places if you have some sense and just stay out of the dangerous places you can be safe. Here, you can be kidnapped right in your doorstep like one guy that lives in my building.
