What do u set your video buffer rates to?
for you guys with flv video sites. Or do you even bother with a buffer setting?

I set bit & frame rates but I didn't realise you could set buffer rates. Is that not the download speed that would adjust the buffer speed?

I mean the buffer time. Like 15 seconds ahead or whatever.
