I don't think you understand what "Monday Morning Quarterbacking" means. If the doctor read 1 of the NUMEROUS interpretations of Obama's health care bill and made that statement, there's no "quarterbacking".

I'm not saying that the current Obamacare is the answer. I am just saying that it saddens me to know that I live in a country where people can get second rate care or no care at all simply because they have no money or have somehow fallen through the cracks.

I think there are simple changes that could be made to the system that would lower costs right away. For starters they could open the borders and let people buy their medicine from anywhere they please. Once the pharmacies are seeing more and more people buying medicine from outside the country because it is 1/3rd the price or cheaper they will start putting pressure on the pharm companies to allow that medicine to be sold at that price here in the states and it should lower the overall cost here in this country. The less insurance companies have to pay for it then, in theory, the lower their premiums could be.
