It's obviously a big business and subject going on everywhere online and even offline these days about the benefits of all these "superfruits" and how they can benefit you.

But,

Are there any real testimonials for them? Sure they have them on all the websites saying joe from texas has been using them for 3 months and has lost 20 pounds and is now full of energy.

I've started doing more and more to change my habbits. Barely touched a soft drink the past 3 weeks. Been drinking green tea. doing smoothies (or lumpies because I need a blender) drinking water and fruit juice and started eating more fish and veg etc...

But I would like to see what some of these "superfruits" can do.

I'm just wondering what people's views are on these products? Have you used them? are you a skeptic like I am?

Or think it's all bullshit?

Lifestyle changes is what works best and is pretty much a very difficult thing to achieve as we are creatures of habits. I am having a bit of a hardtime myself dropping some bad habits ;-)

Next thing i've got to do is stop drinking so much beer

It would be nice to find out some real experiences using this kind of thing though. Would like to detox my body. I don't need to lose much weight, just a few pounds. I'm thinking more along the lines of cleaning my system out with these kind of things.

Looks like nobody here has used them, which is suprising since I know some people here sell this kinda thing.....

I just discovered some Goji berry tea and I fucking love it... I could care less about the health aspects, I just really like the unique taste :P

The best way to lose weight is just to eat less. Don't worry so much about exactly what you eat.

Usually, reducing your calories to 1200 - 1500/day is all it takes.

That's the simple way, you can eat anything you want as long as it falls into 1200 - 1500 calories / day.

Actually, starving yourself will make you ill. You need to eat 2000 calories per day give or take. But change what is in them calories.

And reduce the amount of bad fat intake.

Who has used or tried anything like this for any reason? What product? or type like tea or drink? etc..

And what were they like?

On a side note, since i've started having green tea 2 times a day I have a lot more energy. It's definately doing something.
