The thing to look at closely is the "Free Trial" it is not free it's $1.95 and it is only for 30 minutes. you want to bet it takes 15 minutes to find the cancel button and then 15 minutes to fil in the form.

No wonder Visa are tightening up. We have little defense with arseholes like this around.

TeenTeenTeen got a nice cancel obstruction on their 24 hours free trial:
-It takes some time for your membership to be looged in the database so you have to wait four hours before you can cancel....(or something to that effect)

For those of you wondering how they can afford to pay you $30 on a free trial its as easy as fucking the surfer up the ass with no lube.
And $50 a month for the first 2 months and then it starts dropping....whew

Not much different then the shady tricks played by about 95% of the sites out there....where trials need to be cancelled 24 hours before end of trial to avoid rebill. And yes, it's in their T & C's...usually after about 1,000 words of assorted legal mumble jumble that is designed to ensure that the surfer will simply assume that this is standard copyright clauses, and close the T & C before reading the Trial clause.

Yes, this business of full of boiler room, scamming pricks. And they all think they are so good at business. Truth is, anyone can suceed using these shady tactics. That doesn't take business smarts...

You need a lawyer to translate you the T&C before joining them.
I also read something similar at an avs, universalpass, I guess.

that's done by this forum, not by them.

http://www.consumerripoffreport.com/...mit2=Search%21

read that shit... supabill has the sketchiest terms and conditions of everyone. they offer "free 30 min passes" to see the whole site or "free 3 day passes" to visit a restricted part.
to find out about cancelling before the trial is over and all that shit, you have to click a tiny link to their t&c and decipher it.

Another sketchy thing is those companies like FreeNetPass, UniversalPass and FreeAgeCard which offer you a free AVS pass, but sign you up to a paysite at the same time.

From the FreeNetPass FAQ:
Quote:
Q: So what?s the catch?
A: There is no catch! You get access to the thousands of adult sites on the FreeNetPass system all for FREE!
From their Join page:
Quote:
*ATTN: Limited time offer!
Join FreeNetPass for free today and receive an exclusive FREE 3 day trial to the mega site SexUncensored! This trial will give you unlimited access to SexUncensored including its 50,000 videos and famous live sex feeds! ACT NOW - offer ends soon!
From their Terms and Conditions (which is only linked at the very bottom of the FAQ):
Quote:
Surfer agrees that in obtaining a FreeNetPass Free password, surfer is also receiving free trial access to Sexuncensored.com or RawMen.com for three days. After which time the subscription will renew at the listed rates for SexUncensored or RawMen at the time of signup (unless cancelled within the three day trial period) . Surfer agrees to follow the terms and conditions of these sites available at: http://www.freenetpass.com/sexuncensoredterms.htm
http://www.freenetpass.com/rawmenterms.htm . The FreeNetPass Free password is valid for one year.

So, how's your program coming along? It's been awhile since we've heard from you. I'm curious to see the super honest, ultra open, non-shaving program in effect...seriously......

I'm doing fine..thanks for asking..

And yes, I am still sick and tired of seeing "customers" raked over the coals..and only a handful of webmasters with the intelligence to admit that all of the techniques described in this thread are cheap excuses for not having the ability to develop a business without lying and cheating.

Sykkboy..maybe you can explain to me why you and others find it necessary to hide terms like, Cancel 24 hours before end of trial. Can you tell me that there is any reason for this beyond trying to trick the customer into a rebill. Plus, your T & C is in almost white blue, making the link do anything but stand out.
