The Percentage Of Russian Webmasters
What percentage of active webmasters do you have from Russia? I prepare some specific kind of website which target will be webmasters and I am not sure if I should ban Russia or not. This is the only country to which I have second thoughts. (for example I had no doubts about India) I can't decide what should I do. Usually, I don't ban any country from viewing my websites but this one is an exception and since I have experienced that more than 50% of spammers, scammers and thieves, hotlinkers etc. that visit my websites is located in Russia that's why I hesitate if will I have more benefits or harm. Of course I realize that they may still use proxies and other methods to omit the walls as well I know there is no country free of such problems but... I would be grateful If you could advice me what percentage of honest and active webmasters from Russia your programs have. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Note for Russian webmasters: Please don't take any offence. I'm not in any way against you, and that's also why I hesitate. The truth is that many of your fellow countrymen act in the dirty way. I simply experienced it and that's why.

i don't have paysites, but You might know already, Russians are very good at computer tehcnologies and they know the deal, they can jenerate such great traffic, probabely they won't play with some stupid rule mumbo jumbo that You may ask them though.

A few years back, we had some Eastern European webmasters and their traffic was the best converting traffic that I have ever experienced.

Thank you mates. I see what you mean. The same I was thinking... I will not block it then. I will go deeper to find more advanced solutions to limit bad guys and bots from Russia saving good guys at the same time.
